Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist for our Indianapolis, Indiana location. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and energetic individual with strong research skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from members and healthcare providers regarding inquiries and issues- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Update customer information in the database accurately- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent research and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in computer systems and databases
