Job Description:
Navient is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and possess strong leadership and creativity skills. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through phone and online communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Providing technical support to customers regarding our online platform and services.3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.4. Educating customers on products and services offered by Navient.5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Continuously improving your knowledge of Navient's products and services.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.2. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.4. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.7. Must be resourceful, passionate, and have leadership and creativity skills.
