Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Online Account Support Officer to join our team at WESCO International in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require any previous experience, but we are looking for confident and driven individuals who possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support for account inquiries and issues- Assist with account setup and maintenance- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction- Help troubleshoot technical issues with online platforms- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients
Requirements:- Confident and driven personality- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
