Job Description:Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, the Online Customer Success Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in the online space. This part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media, to address inquiries and concerns- Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions to customers' problems- Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to improve the overall customer experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
