Responsibilities
• Interact with client contacts at all levels within the organization• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with all parties involved• Participate in conference calls to update on happenings and challenges• Establish and enforce guidelines for time-keeping• Review and submit weekly hours to client contact for approval• Submit approved hours to payroll and save copies• Maintain records on requirements, interviews, hires, and terminations• Compile necessary reports for client• Participate in recruiting efforts• Supervise employees and ensure compliance with rules/expectations
