Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers
Job Location is Fort Lauderdale and/or Pembroke Pines. Location will be discussed at interview.
Part-Time Monday-Thursday 2-7pm (Also, will be asked to cover when other are out.)
Responsibilities:
Perform Drug Test supervision.
Scanning patient paperwork.
Confirming appointments with patients.
Must be flexible, team player.
Strong commitment to patient satisfaction with a pleasant demeanor.
Maintaining reception area and refreshment supplies for patients.
Receive and post payment to customer's account
Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
Keep records and status of customer's account
Background check and drug test are required.
Perform Drug Test Supervision on Clients
Qualifications:
Pleasant, customer-focused demeanor.
Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be able to pass a background check by the Florida Department of Corrections.
This is a perfect job for a college student. Because of the downtime you will be able to complete you homework while getting paid.
