Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search specializes in Sales, Marketing and Operations Recruiting across the United States. We have been in business for 21 years and headquartered in Tampa, FL. We focus on Executive Search, Direct Hire, Temp Staffing and RPO product offerings. 
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. You will be working across all product offerings and solutions under our Direct hire, Temp Staffing & RPO projects. Considered Location (s): IL, SC, PA, FL, GA or TN. (Fully remote with periodic in-person meetings)  Scope of Position:
Source candidates
Interview and evaluate interested candidates
Prep candidates for interviews
Applicant Tracking System administration
Continuous ATS workflow automation
Present Offers Requirements/Experience:
3 + years experience recruiting (agency preferred but will consider corporate).
Solid tenure and track record
High integrity and core values
Must be strong with using technology (LinkedIn, ATS, Apps, texting, email automation, etc.)
Track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Showstopping communication skills; both written and verbal.
Track record of adhering to an Applicant Tracking System & following workflow statuses
Sound experience showing fast response time, discipline and success
Track record of unprecedented discernment and selection ability
Negotiation skills
Ability to pivot with changes that happen with searches and open positions and move on.
Experience working with employers on advising best practices
Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions. Education:
B.S. Degree preferred but not required
