Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough client consultations• Perform a range of skincare treatments• Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures• Assist with procedures performed by the Master Provider• Educate clients on skincare practices• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations• Maintain accurate client records• Collaborate with other team members• Provide exceptional customer service• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
• Esthetician license in OH, NY, MN, WI or FL• Certification or training in medical esthetics• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Esthetician• Must have or be willing to obtain a salon license• Proficiency in performing skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures• Strong knowledge of skincare products and industry trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills Needed
• Esthetician license• Medical esthetics certification or training• Experience as a Medical Esthetician• Skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedure proficiency• Knowledge of skincare products and industry trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Exceptional customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
