Role:  Media Analyst Team Lead
Location:  Tysons, VA; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule Pay Rate: $90,000-100,000/Year
Our client is seeking a Media Analyst Team Lead to join as a key member of their successful team.
Job Responsibilities: · Manage a team of analysts including coordinating analyst schedules and coverage, delegating assignments, lining up training, and providing feedback and coaching.
· Oversee analyst performance and accountability to optimize talent and efficiency while ensuring deadlines are met.
· Evaluate analyst performance on a quarterly basis.
· Build and foster an engaged and inclusive team culture of accountability, positivity and collaboration.
· Develop and execute processes for checking the accuracy and quality of analyst work.
Requirements: · Experience in – People Management, Team Leadership
· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite
·  Soft Skills – Personable, Interest in News, Organized, Ability to work independently
· Education –  Bachelor's Degree Required
