Craft engaging branding and design elements for client accounts.
Utilize top-notch video editing skills, with proficiency in tools like CapCut.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and social media trends to maximize account growth.
Implement strategies to rapidly scale client accounts.
Conduct weekly client meetings and provide monthly reporting on performance metrics.
Proactively engage with followers through direct messages and comments to foster community growth.
Seek out collaboration opportunities and potential podcast appearances for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, hashtags, and audio trends for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
Prior experience managing social media for female entrepreneurs preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with influencers or managing accounts with over 70K followers.
Highly organized with the ability to batch content efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Flexible schedule with availability Monday to Friday.
