• Not accepting new grads.• Verify state license.• Verify resume and references.• Conduct criminal background checks.• Conduct HHS/OIG search.• Conduct GSA search.• Conduct social security number trace.• Conduct PPD or Quantiferon test or verify proof of positive PPD and chest X-Ray.• Conduct SAM search.• Conduct Maryland state background check.• Verify CPR, MMR, Hep B, Tdap, Flu shot.
Requirements
