This individual is responsible for standardizing data naming, establishing consistent data definitions, monitoring/auditing the data quality, and executing cleansing and policy agreements.
This position is part of the Finance Department located in Glen Allen, VA and will beon-site.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Oversee and manage the process to create and enforce Master Data Governance policies and procedures. Establish and adhere to SLAs and accuracy ratios for creating and updating master data records. Administer all necessary Create/Read/Update/Delete requests to appropriate master data, ensuring accuracy of information. Ensure all customer invoicing specifications and other requirements are captured during the onboarding process. The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance preferred or 2-10 years' equivalent experience Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills.
