Andworx is hiring a Knowledge Management Analyst to work on knowledge management, evaluation, and process re-engineering tasks supporting our federal government client. You will be joining a high energy, collaborative team helping to design, evaluate and enhance tools, processes, and training.
As a candidate, you should have a background in client interaction and collaborating on solutioning end user needs, analysis, and a passion for enabling customer success. Your experience should include creating and managing documentation, using IT assets to facilitate knowledge sharing, and developing and conducting training.
We're looking for someone who is a hands-on doer that is as comfortable managing requirements gathering and documentation as they are evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and recommending business process improvements to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications 4 years experience including process re-engineering tasks, designing, evaluating and enhancing tools, processes, and training knowledge management. Provide end-to-end support for a busy team in its program support tasks. Help prepare initial drafts of official correspondence, documents, and presentations. Experience interfacing with and presenting training to clients, customers, or stakeholders. Passion for evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and both making and instituting recommendations to improve processes and workflows. Experience in successfully implementing process improvement initiatives using Microsoft tools. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate and lead meetings and build relationships with senior managers, clients, and other external stakeholders. Proven success with distilling technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for unfamiliar audiences. Ability to prioritize and complete work with little supervision and under tight deadlines with a flexible mindset to quickly adapt to changing priorities or tasks. Robust critical thinking skills with a mindset for understanding both the big picture and the small details. Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data and information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communications skills; write, gain feedback on, and finalize meeting minutes. Aptitude and passion for learning new technologies and sharing that knowledge with teammates. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience. U.S Citizenship is required. Active secret clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Power Apps. Familiarity with learning and development best practices. Support the project team. Develop high-level KM plans relative to information management and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities Leverage your interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to enhance our team's ability to measure success.
Conduct KM activities driving how to effectively utilize tools that facilitate knowledge sharing. Review current KM processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Delivery KM trainings focused on collaborative tools, platforms, and ways to improve productivity on current systems and applications. Facilitate collaboration across a team of application developers. Coordinate internal and client-facing activities related to knowledge management. Ask strategic questions to help define the technical requirements for process workflows. Participate in requirements gathering sessions with the user community to capture and define requirements and end user needs clearly, completely, and correctly. Prepare meeting agendas and lead and facilitate meetings for status updates and project discussions. Create written reports and analysis. Andworx gets things done!
