Responsibilities
• Maintain a well-developed sales team and achieve revenue goals• Onboard new hires and establish best practices for new account development• Recognize and reward high performance• Establish Broadcast TV and Digital sales strategies and plans• Ensure each Marketing Consultant achieves revenue targets• Support Marketing Consultants in new account development and onboarding• Ensure client results, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships• Provide ongoing training to the sales team• Collect and analyze revenue forecast information• Review and resolve preemptions and manage sales orders• Ensure strong performance of all local and regional accounts• Work with Director of Sales on inventory pricing and yield management
Requirements
• Strong Digital sales/management background• Ability to lead, train and inspire sales teams• Proven success in developmental business and multimedia platforms• Effective relationship building, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills• Strong understanding of Digital, TV, competitive media, and the advertising marketplace• Ability to anticipate, meet and/or exceed customer needs and expectations• Passion for driving successful sales teams through a strategic growth mindset• Business-related college degree preferred
