The Marketing Event Specialist, North America will provide local marketing support across all business unitsYour main focus will be coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that will impact North American marketsYou will liaise with various stakeholders across the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure marketing event activities are aligned and impactful

Responsibilities
• Organize company events in North America including coordination and support for roadshows, user groups, speaking sessions, trade shows, and other events (virtual and in-person)• Manage the calendar and budget of marketing events• Engage relevant speakers for local events and conferences• Collaborate with Sales on sales demos (virtual and in-person), including schedule and shipping coordination, online support, in-person assistance as needed• Utilize lead capture best practices and marketing channels to gain traction at events and in certain markets• Analyze and adjust marketing approaches consistently based on ROI and market trends, ensuring all events are successful from beginning to end• Actively research and analyze new industry insights, event marketing opportunities, and alternative formats to drive brand awareness in the market• Coordinate with Global Marketing team to promote events, including content marketing, email communications, press releases, event webpages, and social media• Maintain promotional material ordering, inventory, and shipping• Coordinate internal staff and customers participating in events (in-person and virtual)
Requirements
• +3 years of experience coordinating events (virtual and in-person)• Experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, email, SEO, and social media• CRM software such as HubSpot is plus• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite products• Able to travel when needed for events, customer visits, and/or global team meetings• Bachelor's degree in a related field
