The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating closely with the CICOA Foundation and program staff to amplify brand messaging and impact with a focus on delivering digital communications initiatives and digital content in support of CICOA's brand position and strategic plan objectives. This role is also responsible for leveraging digital channels, including CICOA's website, email, and social media to engage our
stakeholders/audience
and drive action.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals. Increase the reach of the CICOA brand and nonprofit mission while accelerating engagement across digital channels.
Use our editorial calendar as the foundation to oversee content creation and distribution. Identify opportunities for lead generation and landing pages. Ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful and resonates with our audience.
Lead efforts to develop website content, follow SEO best practices and enhance user experience to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Create a seamless online journey for all visitors, clients, caregivers, donors, and volunteers that inspires them to take action.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that resonate with our donors and drive engagement to include crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics to ensure emails deliver maximum impact.
Be the voice of CICOA across various social media platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and leveraging insights to optimize performance and reach. Identify trends and use video to help CICOA stand out.
Follow the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and investigate new platforms and tools to determine fit with CICOA's digital strategy.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of Google Analytics and SEO best practices along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML.
Travel locally as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in communications, journalism, digital media or related field; minimum 3 years of work experience in digital communications; demonstrated ability and experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies; strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-centric mindset; strong teamwork, collaboration, project management, and analytical skills; commitment to diversity; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress SEO best practices, and HTML; proficiency with a variety of email services; design and video skills a plus; experience within the
philanthropic/nonprofit
sector preferred.
