• Develop and implement marketing plan for the community• Enhance value of community to residents through program implementation• Handle inquiries about the community, educate and resolve concerns• Ensure model room is always ready for prospective residents• Communicate with staff to prepare for touring prospective residents• Train staff to answer questions and give tours• Ensure community is tour-ready at all times
Requirements
• GED with marketing experience preferred• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents• Strong written and oral communication skills• Basic mathematical and reasoning abilities• Computer skills• No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required
