And that's where you come in:The Revenue Marketing Manager is part of the Higher Education marketing team and will be responsible for generating new logo and customer growth pipeline. Your will report to the Senior Manager of Higher Education Marketing and work on a team that includes events, account based marketing, digital media and content marketing. You'll work hand-in-hand with many internal stakeholders across Instructure, including other marketing departments, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development, Finance, Operations, Community and more!To be successful you will blend your passion for marketing with your creativity, exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with vision. Someone who is creative, passionate, organized, and agile. Someone who understands the impact marketing can have on a business.What you will do: Serve as the campaign leader for the Higher Ed marketing team with these 5 core metrics: 1) Awareness2) Acquisition Pipeline 3) Pipeline progression 4) Retention 5) Growth PipelineForecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of the demand marketing activities on sales pipeline, bookings and sales cycle length.Evaluate, select and manage outside vendor tactics, including webinars, that contribute to quarterly acquisition and growth programs.Write ad copy and emails; design images in Canva or work with our In-house creative team as required.Proactively engage with sales to determine sales needs and work with marketing. resources to develop training and content to enable sales to execute appropriate tacticsCommunicate and educate other teams (particularly sales) regarding new and planned marketing activities.Work with event, ABM, social and paid digital marketing to ensure a balanced demand program portfolio, adjusting as required.Manage and adhere to the quarterly marketing budget.Report key findings from campaigns and provide strategic suggestions to improve performance. Collaborate with counterparts to share ideas, inspiration and strategiesSuccess Metrics: Demand funnel KPIs/OKRs (volume, conversion, velocity, value) Sourced and Influenced PipelineSourced and Influenced BookingsAccount Engagement ScoreDatabase Health (growth, quality, deliverability)Cost per inquiry, cost per lead, etc.What you will need to know/have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaSExtensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital.Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior managementA portfolio of produced marketing work is a plusExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProject management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneouslyAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of managementKindness and conscientiousness.A good sense of humor :)Get in on all the awesome at Instructure: Competitive salary and 401kMedical, dental, disability, and life insuranceHSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&DLots of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedulesFitness club memberships$80,000 - $90,000 a yearWe've always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right.
