Manufacturing Supervisor

Nesco Resource, 14 plus time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for experienced machine/floor supervisors for a reputable Solon company. Our client, a leading innovator in chemical technology for automotive maintenance and repair, is looking for experienced working supervisors for 2nd shift opportunities. Working Supervisor Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hour 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Monday - Friday) The Working Supervisor is responsible for the following: Coordinating and scheduling production in an efficient manner while attaining quality Shutting down equipment when there are process problems and making necessary corrections. Scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance of equipment. Identifying, isolating and correcting equipment malfunctions Performing production line changeovers Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of production, labor & scrap incurred during shift. Assuring associates are trained in operation and changeover procedures for appropriate lines.
