The salary range for this position is $29.00 to $35.00 annually/hourly This is how you WOW: Perform maintenance and repairs on plant power distribution systems. Perform adjustments, alignments and calibrations on equipment including sheet metal fabrication equipment and their control systems. Provide day-to-day technical support for operations, including process / lean / KPS improvements and initiation of Engineering Change Requests as required. Procure and manage assembly hand tools, work stations and equipment as required Other duties assigned. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Experience and understanding of AC electrical systems, pneumatic systems, plumbing, pipe-fitting, fire life safety, HVAC, concrete repair, welding and troubleshooting. Mechanical aptitude is required so as to understand the functional principles of the equipment KNA produces and the capabilities of relevant manufacturing technologies. Experience with CAD programs (AutoCAD, ProE/CREO) is preferred but not required. Abiltiy to read/interpret Engineering drawings and schematics. Ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, based upon trust, confidence and personal rapport. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
