Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat on our website to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service across all channels- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to accurately input and update customer information in our system- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of customer service
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required
