Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat- Provide accurate information about our products and services- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues they may have- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in research and project management- Bachelor's degree preferred
