Job Description:
Celgene is seeking a driven and energetic Live Chat Assistant to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions on our website. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficient in typing and computer navigation- High school diploma or equivalent
