Spiedo is the newest, fast casual concept from Chef Brad Greenhill of Detroit's Takoi, opening late August/early September in the heart of Ann Arbor. 
We are seeking Line Cooks to be a part of our opening team. Prior experience is preferred.
Position Details:
As a Line Cook at Spiedo, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes with precision and finesse.
Duties include: Preparing ingredients and mise en place.
Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
Collaborating with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is required for both Line Cooks and Sous Chefs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the restaurant's needs.
