Responsibilities
• Provide mental healthcare services to patients• Conduct therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and adults• Maintain patient records and documentation• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for continuity of care• Utilize data to tailor services for improved outcomes• Empower patients to make informed choices and achieve their goals
Requirements
• Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin• LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT certification• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
