Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in training and implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for our clients. This customer-facing position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. While primarily virtual, occasional travel may be necessary based on project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions for clients on EHR system utilization and implementation.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Offer on-site or remote support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues related to EHR systems effectively.
Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of EHR systems within client environments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or healthcare IT.
Hands-on experience with EHR systems is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
Prior training experience and/or technology/IT background is preferred.
