Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in management or a related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution or international equivalent.
Position Summary: The Department of Management in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track faculty position at the lecturer level, beginning August 2024. The teaching load is eight courses per academic year. The position is renewable based on performance and promotion to Senior Lecturer is possible after six years of service.
Additional Requirements: Candidates with a master's degree should have 5 or more years of work experience (private- or public-sector) in service operations, supply chain and operations management or a related area. Evidence of successful teaching experience or corporate training is required in the form of student surveys/evaluations, peer evaluations, or annual reviews.
Candidates with a master's degree must document exceptional accomplishments in service operations, supply chain and operations management or a related area and must be approved for a terminal degree exception before hire.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: One or more years of teaching experience in the form of classroom instruction or corporate training and development is preferred.
