Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that promote student engagement and facilitate learning in alignment with Michigan grade level curriculum.
Implement balanced and systematic assessment practices that align with the district's multi-tiered system of supports.
Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction and engage students in the learning process. Candidate must be driven to teach and lead with technology implementing
one-on-one devices in the classroom.
Establish a classroom environment that values positive and meaningful relationships through intentional implementation of the district's SEL and Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports
System.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to remove barriers that interfere with academic success. Exhibit an ability to work within a Professional Learning Communities. Effectively and efficiently communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and needs.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Willingness to participate in professional learning communities to support school-wide and district-wide alignment of best practices.

The capacity to align curriculum, instruction, and assessments while responding to individual needs of students.
The ability to seek out knowledgeable peers, coaches or administrators for instructional support in the never-ending quest to deliver the vision of high quality subject-specific instruction in every
class period of every day.

Required Professional Qualifications:
