Responsibilities
• Lead marketing efforts for one or more residential buildings and post materials on social and print media• Respond to tenant leasing inquiries and follow up to close leasing deals• Assist in daily leasing operations such as prospect tours, phone calls, and email communications• Collect rent and process late notices and evictions• Build strong tenant relationships and execute tenant incentives and programs• Show units, meet with staff, tenants, and vendors, process applicant paperwork• Conduct move-in/move-out procedures• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely completion of maintenance requests• Comply with Fair housing laws and company policies, understand and explain leases• Develop programs, coordinate resident relations and activities, administer CRM program• Ensure property appearance meets standards, collaborate with local community• Support Property Manager with administrative duties and assume property responsibility when needed• Work closely with Facilities Manager, head-office, site staff, and Property Manager
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year property management and/or leasing experience• Clear understanding and compliance with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing laws and standards• Sales and marketing savvy with familiarity of social media and lease structure• Associates degree or higher preferred, GED or equivalent required• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with Rent Manager is an asset
