Your RoleConsult with stakeholders (business leaders, People Business Partners, and others) to understand their needs and challenges, and work with them to create solutions that align with the enterprise competency framework. Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive manager development portfolio and its subsequent offerings. Partner with key vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality leadership development experiences and resources. Measure and evaluate the success of portfolio offerings to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Manager, Learning Delivery & Fulfillment by providing facilitation needs and high-level design for content developers What You Will BringProven track record of creating positive results through others in a matrixed environment Demonstrate strategic thinking and proficiency in instructional design Possess strong skills in program management and leadership development Ability to provide valuable consultation on HR and talent management issues Educational background in HR, talent management, education, or executive development Proficiency in technology is not required for this position About the TeamAbout Your Manager: Leslie is our Senior Director of Talent Management and People Development. Occasional visits to our HQ in Durham, NC are to be expected.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 112,080 and USD $ 224,160 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
