Qualifications A minimum of one year landscape Crew Leader experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes Experience in landscape maintenance  Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to delight our clients Commitment to safety and process improvement A degree or courses in horticulture is a plus A Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license or willingness to obtain is important Valid WI driver's license with responsible driving record is required. Responsibilities This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training and complete maintenance projects.
Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees Apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks Conduct spring and fall cleanups Lawn care application Enhancement construction projects Compensation Compensation for this hourly position is based on experience.
