Assist with interviewing and hiring competent sheet metal employees as needed to fill job openings within the field. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems/concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Attends job turnover and understands the specific goals of each project. Coordinate with subcontractors before the job begins to eliminate as much field conflict as possible. Assist Field Leads with the vendor-approved buyout/room schedule reviewed for purchase. Address any quality control issues that may arise. Our Hiring Process Fill out the simple application.
