Pay $70,000.00-$95,000.00 yearly Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k)401(k) / Matching Company Vehicle Continued Education  Family Medical Leave Flexible Spending Account Fuel Card Health Savings Account Job Training Open Door Policy Paid Holidays and PTO  Referral Program Wellness/Gym benefits Responsibilities Plan, control, and coordinate sheet metal field labor, including manpower schedules by job, assignments, and appropriate employee skill levels Assign and dispatch sheet metal labor to jobs as necessary. Assist with interviewing and hiring competent sheet metal employees as needed to fill job openings within the field. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems/concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Attends job turnover and understands the specific goals of each project. Coordinate with subcontractors before the job begins to eliminate as much field conflict as possible. Assist Field Leads with the vendor-approved buyout/room schedule reviewed for purchase. Address any quality control issues that may arise. Our Hiring Process Fill out the simple application. Computer literate to include Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents a plus Understands commercial sheet metal work and can read plans and specifications Able to meet the needs of customers in a professional, courteous manner, without compromising ethics and standards of performance Able to build and grow a commercial sheet metal team, lowering warranty issues and improving quality control Understand mechanical codes, installation procedures, and SMACNA standards Must be authorized to work in the US.
