Job summary
Provide IT support for Bay's internal associates in a virtualized and cloud environment.Resolve customer support requests, install hardware/software solutions, and support the IT team.Administer and support the Company's desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and related equipment.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide primary IT support for Desktop, Mobile and Cloud delivered IT services.• Ensure IT solution deployment follows established standards.• Contribute to and assist in standards development.• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of IT accounts/services for Bay's associates.• Troubleshoot basic Microsoft O365 questions and problems.• Guide associates on solution usage and develop 'How To' documents for self-service.• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue, prioritize, assign, and process accordingly.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Proven exceptional customer service.• Strong aptitude in OS updates, hardware, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.• Ability to read & research computer instruction manuals and comprehend directions therein.• Interpersonal skills necessary to train others in computer systems.• Must maintain confidentiality.• Be a team member and a helpful resource to your co-workers.
