The Solutions Engineer is responsible for addressing IT infrastructure problems and designing innovative solutions.They will drive sales by targeting new prospects and fostering existing customer relationships for high renewal rates and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Assess IT architecture and recommend improvements• Build and integrate information systems• Resolve technical problems• Design, modify, and test technical architecture• Create Wi-Fi designs• Provide supervision and guidance to technical teams• Research current and emerging technologies• Inform stakeholders about issues with current solutions• Assess the business impact of technical choices• Provide updates on product development processes
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Solutions Engineer• Work experience in client facing or customer service roles• At least 5 years of experience with IT enterprise infrastructures• Proven technical knowledge and experience• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions• Sound knowledge of systems and networks• Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives• Ability to translate technical solutions for executive level clients• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent presentation and creativity skills• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Willingness to travel• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science preferred
