Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Help Desk Specialist . Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Springfield, MA As an IT Help Desk Specialist , you will be:
· Responsible for Interpreting, evaluating, and resolving, if possible, telephone inquiries pertaining to the functional operation of all installed application, hardware and software products supported by IT.
· Responsible for providing high quality, accurate and time-sensitive service to our customers in a high-volume help desk call centre environment.
· Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a call centre environment and technical support by troubleshooting, triage, and management of the incident lifecycle, for all supported business groups and products.
· Utilizing internally produced knowledge articles, the internet or seeks advice from peers to help resolve issues.
· Escalating issues to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be found within defined timeframes.
· Resolving 70% or more of incidents at first point of contact, achieves performance goals and increased productivity.
The ideal candidate will have :
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· Associate degree is preferred.
· Skills required call center environment, customer service and helpdesk.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
