Description: Conduct general food micro testing including generic pathogenic micro under guidance of the Quality Assurance Supervisor or as outlined in the protocol Revise, edit, and create quality documents Count and record micro plate counts. Assist in processing of samples from receipt through testing, including all associated documentation and recordkeeping including data entry in internal electronic system, helping to ensure that all steps are completed in a thorough and timely manner as outlined in protocol and to communicate promptly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor Follow GMP/GLP Guidelines Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1 -2 years micro test or food analysis lab experiences Prior QA/QC experience in food manufacturing is required Associate Degreee or B.S. degree in food, chemistry, microbiology, biology or related is preferred Other: Multiple shifts Monday-Friday, with weekend availability are open.
