Description Position Summary & Essential Duties:
·This role is responsible for assisting with the scope definition, kickoff, design, implementation and tracking of multiple healthcare operational improvement initiatives.
·Assists with scheduling project meetings, preparing for these discussions and documenting notes from these meetings
·Prepares data analytics and process analysis associated with Performance Improvement projects in an effort to identify opportunities and track benefits.
·Acclimates with the methodologies, tools, and approaches for Lean and Six Sigma Principles.
·In partnership with effort leader, assist in the management and monitoring of change associated with process improvement initiatives.
·Prepares and delivers both written and oral presentations, in partnership with key project stakeholders, to provide overview of project status, issues, risks, results etc.
Qualifications Education/Expertise: ·       Must be pursuing or have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge:
·       High standards of integrity, strong personal work ethic, creative problem solving  and analytical skills, and flexible work approach required.
·       Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required.  
·       Ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.
·       Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
·        Skilled with Microsoft Project and suite of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio) required.
