Responsibilities
• The Leader assumes responsibility for care of patients and ensures best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care• Provides leadership and support to nurse manager(s)• Works collaboratively with medical staff and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level• Licensure in the state of placement will be required• Candidates with Compact Licensure are preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed
