Regular business hours w flexibility. Remote role.

Serves as lifecycle methodology expert with responsibility for process design and implementation, which includes tools, templates, and software (super user). Responsible for leading moderate to complex corporate and clinical integration teams to support value creation. Responsible for advancing Advocate Health's enterprise integration approach, process, and strategy and will focus on three primary areas of responsibility.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the design of processes and tools to identify, track and report integration synergies.
Supports and lead corporate and clinical integration work groups to help the enterprise achieve its goals.
Supports efforts to build relationships, connect and educate new partners during the early phases of integration planning to ensure our successful integration.
Support integration leadership in facilitating long-term value creation identification, planning and realization. Lead moderate complex corporate and clinical integration teams to support value creation, including the integration synergy process to achieve and surpass enterprise synergy targets.
Consistently applies creative approaches to problem solving and assists subordinate team members with problem solving.
Manage interdependencies for supported functional teams, ensuring conflict and issues are resolved or rapidly communicated and escalated as appropriate.
Supports continuous improvement of integration management methodologies, tools and best practices, including support of the implementation and standardization of improvements system wide.
Support Integration department leadership in building early connections with new partners.
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration or Finance.

Experience: 5 Years Experience in program management and/or integration management, strategy, operational and/or management consulting functions.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to manage a high number of high priority work streams concurrently.
Demonstrates ability to recognize issues/risks, escalate as appropriate, identify alternatives, and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Leads through a combination of integrity, interpersonal savviness, emotional intelligence, and the capability to gain credibility across the enterprise to inspire, guide and develop others toward organizational success.
Exhibits strong data analytical expertise in relevant platforms. Capable of understanding complex data sets and assessing any additional needs.
Writes, depicts, and presents deliverables and communication in a logical, clear, and concise manner for various audiences within and outside of the Enterprise (e.g., subject matter experts, peers, senior management, boards, physicians, hospital administration, operations).
Demonstrates thought leadership by understanding the mission of the enterprise including local, state, and national healthcare trends that may impact the System.
Demonstrated knowledge of integration methodologies, project/program management methods, and analytical tools and methodologies.
Provide ability to build positive, effective relationships, work from a position of influence, and develop effective cross-functional relationships with senior leaders, clinical and physician leaders, as well as diverse management teams to set and execute performance goals.
Ability to recognize issues/risks, escalate as appropriate, identify alternatives, and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Ability to manage a high number of high priority workstreams concurrently.
Possesses high levels of emotional intelligence and understanding that cultural obstacles may hinder progress and require sensitive handling.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
