MedBridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. We partner with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders. Intake Trainer - will be responsible for all aspects of training (training materials, training schedules, etc.)
MUST HAVE SCHEDULING AND INSURANCE VERIFICATION EXPERIENCE Must live in the following states and be on EST: CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA, or WV A key member of any health care provider is a Trainer. This position will be responsible for conducting all new hire training for scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry positions. In addition, any supplemental training necessary will be done via Trainer.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Create and maintain training materials Conduct all new hire training Conduct any supplemental training (educational classes, etc.) Create testing/training testing/modules to go to next module of training, steps if not obtained Perform training evaluation assessment weekly Reporting required on a daily, weekly, monthly basis Communication with all areas where trainees will be placed upon completion Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of scheduling and data entry a requirement Prior training experience Prior healthcare experience Familiarity with medical terminology Clear communication skills Detail-oriented focus Must have the ability to work remote with no interruptions as mirroring an office environment Must have excellent attendance record at last position(s) Must have appropriate home internet speeds Location: Remote is a privilege not an entitlement. If productivity and/or professionalism is not adhered to, termination will occur.
