Your new role: You'll manage the day-to-day scheduling operations, coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, and vendors. From updating schedules and managing job files to dispatching technicians and handling customer calls, your role is crucial in keeping our projects on track and our customers happy.

In-Person Requirement: This position requires the candidate to work on-site, not remotely. Desired Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a coordination or management role, ideally within a similar industry. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective interaction with customers, vendors, and team members. Organizational Skills: Must have exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and operational logistics. Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using scheduling software and basic office applications (such as Microsoft Office) is necessary. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of quickly resolving issues that arise in scheduling or installation processes. Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle service inquiries and complaints professionally.
