Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. You'll oversee the daily operations of our Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws while providing exceptional support to our valued employees. From managing benefits and employee leaves to fostering a positive work environment, you'll be at the forefront of driving our team forward.
What You'll Do:
Spearhead the management of our comprehensive benefits package, serving as a trusted resource for our employees.
Utilize your analytical skills to handle benefit-related data and ensure alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
Champion employee leaves and ADA compliance, ensuring organizational adherence to applicable laws and policies.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring ACA compliance and benefit eligibility, aligning our offerings with legal and organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain HRIS systems and processes, facilitating seamless operations.
Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives, driving organizational success.
Conduct performance and salary reviews, analyzing trends to design and implement effective retention strategies.
What You'll Bring:
A people-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and making a difference.
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources metrics and systems, with proficiency in Excel and HR-related technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and prior experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
