Pay Range: $27-$29 DOE

What you will do: Candidate will be responsible for timely submission of all Accounts Payable invoices. Maintenance of Personnel records, including Workers Compensation Assist all new hires with paperwork, Orientation and benefit questions Conducts E-Verify Check on all employees Manages Resident Trust account Performs all other general business office functions as directed by the Executive Diretor Works alongside the Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary Admissions paperwork Coordinates Medicaid paperwork with residents Coordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCC AR and Collections tasks Manage Resident Trust account Answer and transfer incoming phone calls Billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc.) Must have: Long term care experience preferred, particularly in an Accounts Receivable, admissions support or business office setting Previous experience in billing various medical insurances REQUIRED Knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare Processes REQUIRED Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents Caldera Cares for you!
