Human Resources Generalist

Located in Greensboro, NC we are a leading Construction company seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join the team! 
Position Overview : The Human Resources Generalist will act as a support to the HR Department by providing a wide range of services related to recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruit, interview, and hire new staff, evaluating applicants against the job requirements and company standards Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR policies Develop and implement effective recruitment practices and processes Maintain and update HRIS and ATS systems Manage onboarding of new employees, introducing them to the organization and setting up their necessary paperwork Develop and maintain relationships with employees, addressing and resolving any conflicts or other issues Manage the performance management process, including any related training or development programs Assist with other HR projects and activities as needed Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting  Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR policies Experience with recruitment practices and processes Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Benefits Salary: $50k - $70k 401k + match  Medical, dental, vision insurance  PTO Role is ONSITE in Greensboro, NC Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
