Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager/Director to join our team in Oklahoma City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Human Resources department, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best talent available
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Develop and implement performance management programs that promote employee development and career growth
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and benefit plan analysis
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on employee turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR indicators
- Manage the HR budget, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenses
- Ensure that all HR data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's HRIS
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in HR management and administration, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
