Family Services Specialist III This is a full-time position in an office setting Monday through Friday  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications: Family Services Specialist III
Master's degree in professional social work. Or a bachelor's degree and one year of experience in professional social work. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor's degree. Job Responsibilities Incumbents perform at the specialist level, where employees are designated as the lead workers or backup supervisors to lower level employees, or are responsible for carrying a complex and difficult case load. Responsibilities include assigning caseloads, providing training in caseload principles and practices, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as agency policy and procedures. Some incumbents may be embedded with community partners in order to remove barriers to access. Incumbents assigned to this level may coordinate an interdisciplinary treatment team; may be assigned multiple county or district wide responsibility for the provision of social services and may act as a project director. Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities. __________
