For local support in Oradea of the Human Resources staff unit at the headquarters in Italy we are looking for an
HR Generalist (m/f/d) Task: In this role, you will take care of our employees in Romania, reporting directly to the Executive Director HR at the headquarters in Italy, and cooperating with the different HR teams in Italy in the following areas:
Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, and scheduling job interviews.Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training interventions and implement staff development initiatives.Performance Management: Coordinate and support the implementation of annual performance reviews and development plans.Employee Relations and Well-Being: Implement Employee Engagement and Social Activities and conduct exit interviews.Communication: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from managers, employees and external partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as an HR Generalist.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.Excellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.Excellent proficiency in English, Italian and/or German is an added value.
