What we need in return
We need some one that is culture driven that cares greatly about driving culture. Someone that is out there on the floor when it is busy and bussing running touching and asssiting tables. Someone that is a hands on manager that cares about the customer and employee experience before anything else.
You will be responsible for the liquor room and beer/wine sales and inventory/par levels.
You will be managing groups and coordinating large
You will be assisting with implementation of promotions
Managing staff IS KEY. Knowing how to be a leader is important.
Your day to day will be: Managing Staff Handling orders Day to Day Operations Schedules Inventory P&L management and most importantly our guests.
You will report to the Director of FB!!!!
We also are looking for someone that has 23 years of restaurant management experience with most of that being in a high volume fast paced restaurant. Hotels preferred.
