Job Description:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing relationships with top talent to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. We're seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting who thrive on innovation and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels including cold calling, social media, online platforms, and professional networks to source healthcare professionals.
Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to ensure optimal matches.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates actively seeking opportunities.
Collaborate closely with account management and sales teams to align strategies and meet client expectations.
Negotiate terms such as rates and travel arrangements in coordination with account management.
Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them towards fulfilling career opportunities.
Uphold data integrity within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in locum tenens placements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in outbound calling with a focus on quality and effectiveness.
Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Passion for contributing to company growth and revenue generation.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Tenacity and persistence in pursuing objectives.
Driven by the potential for financial success.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred.
Note: This position offers the flexibility of either local or remote work arrangements.
