Job Description Summary
· Performs other related duties with knowledge in the following: Perform walk-through assessments. Assist in basic repairs (e.g., wall damage, broken windows).
· Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge
· Basic carpentry, including finding studs, building bookshelves, and installing cabinets
· Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
· Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements
· Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders.
· Paint surfaces and apply stain as needed
· Take on other installation, repair, and maintenance duties as needed.
· Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
· Perform daily pre-and-post inspections to the truck with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
· Must be willing to assist in other job duties as needed.
· May be required to perform Daily Workplace Examinations of plant or areas.
· Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.
· Requires the following Motions: climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, driving, riding, pushing, pulling, vibrating, twisting, kneeling, walking, standing, lying, rolling, reaching, and hammering.
· Requires lifting of up to 100lbs. Frequency of lifting depends on repairs being made and item being repaired.
